Training for State Operations Users in April 2017
Several instructor-led training courses for State Operations Users will be offered during April 2017. Following is more information about the courses, when they will be offered, and instructions for how to enroll:
Report2Web State Refresher Training (On-site)
- Thursday, April 6 – 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Course Description
This training provides a refresher/introduction to the Report2Web system. The course teaches participants on how to access Report2Web and navigate the system through it various tools and functions in order to locate and view new and historical reports. The course will also demonstrate how to print, save, and subscribe to individual reports.
Course Objectives
At the end of training, participants will be able to do the following:
- Log into Report2Web
- Navigate through Report2Web
- Understand Versions and Dates of Reports
- Search and Filter
- Review File Formats
- Open a File
- Print and Export Reports
The course is being offered in-person at the CSRA facility at 2610 Wycliff Road in Raleigh. It includes hands-on training and will be limited to 45 participants.
Provider Application – State Refresher Training (On-site)
- Thursday, April 13 - 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Course Description
This course will guide authorized users through the Provider Application process.
Course Objectives
At the end of training, you will be able to:
- Identify various Provider Application(s)
- Explain the purpose of each application type
- Explain how Provider Application(s) are submitted within the NCTracks Provider Portal
- Explain how Provider Application(s) are processed within the NCTracks Operations Portal
The course is being offered in-person at the CSRA facility at 2610 Wycliff Road in Raleigh. It includes hands-on training and will be limited to 45 participants.
Non-Live Interaction (NLI) Training (WebEx)
- Thursday, April 20 – 10:00 a.m. to Noon
Course Description
In this training users are provided with information on how to navigate the system in order to request or search for an NLI. The users will also gain an understanding of the call center and functional area Subject Matter Expert (SME) process for NLI request(s).
A Non-Live Interaction is a correspondence received via email. The interaction is recorded, logged and forwarded via BSOC, to the appropriate Call Center workbasket for review and processing.
Course Objectives
At the end of this training, the user will be able to:
- Submit an NLI request
- Identify NCTracks Operation Contact Center’s responsibility
- Identify NCTracks Functional Area Subject Matter Expert’s (SME) responsibility
- Search for NLIs within the Operations Portal
This course will be taught via WebEx and can be attended remotely from any location with a telephone, computer and internet connection. The WebEx will be limited to 115 participants.
Training Registration
State Operations Users can register for the courses in SkillPort. Logon to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the Other tab to select "Learning Management System." Once in SkillPort, select State Operations Training in the Catalog and open the folder labeled "Instructor-Led Training (ILT): On-Site" or “ILT Remote via WebEx”, depending on the format of the course.
