Instructor-led training courses for State Operations Users are available On-site and via WebEx in November 2019. WebEx courses can be attended remotely from any location with a telephone, computer and internet connection. Provider Applications - State Refresher Training (On-Site)

This course will guide authorized users through the Provider Application process. At the end of training, you will be able to

  • Identify various Provider Application(s)
  • Explain the purpose of each application type
  • Explain how Provider Application(s) are submitted within the NCTracks Provider Portal
  • Explain how Provider Application(s) are processed within the NCTracks Operations Portal                                  
     

Report2Web - State Refresher (WebEx)
Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

At the end of this training, you will be able to:

  • Log in to Report2Web
  • Navigate through Report2Web
  • Understand versions and dates of reports
  • Search and filter
  • Review file formats
  • Open a file
  • Print and export reports
  • Access the Recipient on Review reports and identify the Recipient on Review warnings
  • Access the Review Search page in the NCTracks Operations Portal                                                        

Registration Instructions

State Operations Users can register for courses in SkillPort. Logon to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the “Other” tab to select “Learning Management System.” Once in SkillPort, select “State Operations Training” under “Catalog” and open the appropriate folder (labeled either “Instructor Led Training: On-site” or “ILT Remote via WebEx.”) Refer to the Quick Links on the public Operations Portal home page for detailed instructions on how to use SkillPort.

To access WebEx online training sessions:

  1. From an internet browser, enter the following URL: https://srameeting.webex.com/meet/paynet 
  2. Enter your first and last name 
  3. Enter your email address

If this is your first time using the new CSRA Web Meeting, it is suggested that you begin the process 15 minutes prior to the start of the call. This will allow you sufficient time to download the required software to access the Web Meeting. To hear the audio portion of the class, dial 1-800-747-5150 and enter access code 8700322.
