State Operations Users Class Rescheduled for Inclement Weather

Governor Cooper has declared a state of emergency for North Carolina in anticipation of potential severe weather caused by the approach of Hurricane Florence. See the NC declaration of a state of emergency here.

The State operations users training course for Report2Web originally scheduled for Wednesday, September 12, has been rescheduled. The new class time is as follows:

Report2Web Refresher (On-Site)

Originally Wednesday, Sep. 12, 2018, 9:30 a.m. – Noon

Rescheduled for September 18, 2018 10:00am – Noon

This training provides a refresher on how to perform a Provider Report Search and how to retrieve a report from Report2Web. At the end of this training the user will be able to:

  • Log in to Report2Web (R2W)
  • Navigate through Report2Web
  • Understand versions and dates of reports
  • Search and filter
  • Review file formats
  • Open a file
  • Print and export reports
