Attention: State Operations Users Training for State Operations Users in February 2019
Instructor-led training courses for State Operations Users are available On-Site and via WebEx in February 2019. WebEx courses can be attended remotely from any location with a telephone, computer and internet connection. (See Registration Instructions below for new WebEx information.) Both courses are now available for registration.

Report2Web (Webex)
February 12, 2019, 10:00am-12 noon
All new historical reports and files are stored on the NCTracks server, accessed through Report2Web in the Operations portal. In order to retain the security access to documents, the reports will be accessed using your NCID. This session will show you how to access those reports.
At the end of training, you will be able to:
- Log into Report2Web
- Navigate through Report2Web
- Understand Versions and Dates
- Search and Filter
- Review File Formats
- Open a File
- Print and Export a Mainframe file
NLI State Refresher (On-site)
February 21, 2019 2:00pm – 4:00pm
At the end of this training, the user will be able to:
- Submit an NLI request
- Understand the call center and functional area’s responsibilities
- Search for an NLI within NCTracks
Registration Instructions
State Operations Users can register for courses in SkillPort. Logon to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the “Other” tab to select “Learning Management System.” Once in SkillPort, select “State Operations Training” under “Catalog” and open the appropriate folder (labeled either “Instructor Led Training: On-site” or “ILT Remote via WebEx.”) Refer to the Quick Links on the public Operations Portal home page for detailed instructions on how to use SkillPort.
To access WebEx online training sessions:
- From an internet browser, enter the following URL: https://srameeting.webex.com/meet/paynet
- Enter your first and last name
- Enter your email address
If this is your first time using the new CSRA Web Meeting, it is suggested that you begin the process 15 minutes prior to the start of the call.
