Money Follows the Person Training
An instructor-led training course for State Operations Users will be offered on April 23, 2015. The course will be offered in-person at the Ground Floor Training Room of the CSC facility in Raleigh and will include hands-on training. The course will be limited to 45 participants.

Course Description
The Prior Approval (PA) Entry and Search functions allow the Division of Medical Assistance (DMA) Money Follows the Person (MFP) Staff to enter, search, and process requests for Prior Approval.

State Operations Users can register for the course in SkillPort. Logon to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the Other tab to select "Learning Management System." Once in SkillPort, select State Operations Training in the Catalog and open the folder labeled "Instructor Led Training (ILT) On-site." The course can be found in the sub-folder based on the topic.
