Training Opportunities for State Operations Users

Several instructor-led refresher training courses for State Operations Users will be offered in the month of July.

All of the courses will be offered in-person at the Ground Floor Training Room of the CSC facility in Raleigh and will include hands-on training. The in-person training will be limited to 45 participants per course.

The duration varies depending on the course. Following is a list of each of the courses, the dates and times they will be offered, and instructions for how to enroll:

July 10 - 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Reference Tabs Refresher

July 15 - 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Managed Care and Mass Change/On-demand Letters Refresher

July 22 - 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Call Center: Pega and Service Item Overview Refresher

July 29 - 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. - DMA Provider CCNC/CA Approval/Denial - Pega System Refresher

July 29 - 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. - DMA Provider Approval/Denial Clinical Policy - Pega System Refresher

July 29 - 3:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. - DMA Provider Approval/Denial Provider Services - Pega System (Atypical Providers) Refresher

July 29 - 4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. - DMA Provider Approval/Denial CAP - Pega System Refresher

 

State Operations Users can register for the courses in SkillPort.  Logon to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the Other tab to select "Learning Management System." Once in SkillPort, select State Operations Training in the Catalog and open the folder labeled "Instructor Led Training (ILT) On-site."
