Report2Web (On-Site)

August 15, 2018 10:00am – Noon

This training provides an overview of how to perform a Provider Report Search and how to retrieve the report from Report2Web. At the end of this training the user will be able to:

  • Log in to Report2Web (R2W)
  • Navigate through Report2Web
  • Understand versions and dates of reports
  • Search and filter
  • Review file formats
  • Open a file
  • Print and export reports
  • Access the Review Search page in the  NCTracks Operations Portal
  • Access the Recipient on Review reports and identify the Recipient on Review warnings

Prerequisite: CBT Report2Web

 

Non-Live Interaction (NLI) Process for State Users (WebEx)

August 22, 2018 10:00am – Noon

This course will guide State users through searching, requesting, and understanding the Non-Live Interaction (NLI) Process within NCTracks. At the end of this training, the user will be able to:

  • Submit an NLI request
  • Understand the call center and functional area's responsibilities
  • Search for an NLI within NCTracks

Registration Instructions

State Operations Users can register for courses in SkillPort. Logon to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the “Other” tab to select “Learning Management System.” Once in SkillPort, select “State Operations Training” under “Catalog” and open the folder labeled “ILT Remote via WebEx.” The courses can be found in the appropriate sub-folder based on the topic.
