Managed Care and Mass Change/On Demand Letter Course for State Operations Users
An instructor-led training course for State Operations Users will be offered on Wednesday, November 26, 2014. The course will be offered in-person at the Ground Floor Training Room of the CSC facility in Raleigh. The course will be limited to 45 participants.

Course Description
This course guides Division of Medical Assistance (DMA) staff in accessing and navigating the Managed Care Mass Change and On Demand Letters functional area. This training for the managed care functional area of the NCTracks Mass Change Search and Detail screen allows an authorized user to search and edit existing Mass Change Requests. This area generates On Demand Letters that allow users to add, search, and edit certain Manage Care letters.
Course Objectives
At the end of training, participants will be able to do the following:
- Locate the Managed Care component tab
- Access the Managed Care menu items
- Access the Mass Change Search screen
- Search for existing Mass Change requests
- Access the On Demand Letters screen
- Search for On Demand Letter templates
- Add a Mass Change
- Add an On-Demand Letter
State Operations Users can register for the course in SkillPort. Logon to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the Other tab to select "Learning Management System." Once in SkillPort, select State Operations Training in the Catalog and open the folder labeled "Instructor Led Training (ILT) On-site." The course can be found in the sub-folder based on the topic.
