Health Check ShareNET Training
An instructor-led training course for Health Check Supervisors and Directors will be offered on Tuesday, March 24, 2015.
This course is taught via WebEx and can be attended remotely from any location with a telephone, computer and internet connection. The WebEx will be limited to 115 participants. (Correction from earlier post.)

Course Description
This course will educate authorized users on authorizing and managing user accounts and providing user authentication via logon identifiers and passwords.
Course Objectives
At the end of training, participants will be able to do the following:
- Identify and manage the steps involved in the Security Request Workflow Process
- Add, update, and disable users
- Request that user security roles be assigned or removed
Health Check Supervisors and Directors can register for the course in SkillPort. Logon to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the Other tab to select "Learning Management System." Once in SkillPort, select State Operations Training in the Catalog and open the folder labeled "ILT Remote via WebEx." The course can be found in the Health Check sub-folder based on the topic. (Refer to the Quick Links on the public Operations Portal home page for detailed instructions on how to use SkillPort.)
A User Guide, “How to Access Online Training Sessions,” is also posted under the heading Quick Links on the Operations Portal home page of NCTracks. The guide provides step-by-step instructions for attending online training sessions, also referred to as “Remote via WebEx.” Users who are planning to attend an online training session are encouraged to read the guide in advance.
