Health Check Coordinator Training
An instructor-led training course for Health Check Staff will be offered on March 18, 2015. The course will be offered in-person at the Ground Floor Training Room of the CSC facility in Raleigh and will include hands-on training. The course will be limited to 45 participants.

Course Description
This course supports the Health Check Staff (Health Check Coordinators, Supervisors/Directors, and State Staff) in the utilization of the Health Check functional area. This course will also focus on how to search, update, delete staff, approve changes, and add Health Check staff according to your security role(s).
Course Objectives
At the end of training, participants will be able to do the following:
- Access Health Check Recipient Search and Result Screens
- Access Head of Household Details
- Access Health Check Notifications (On-Demand/Automated Information Notifications System (AINS) notifications)
- Access comments for Health Check Recipients
- Access Staff Search Screen
- Search for existing Health Check Staff within your Network
- Update your detail information
- Delete staff
- Add staff
- Approve changes
Health Check Staff can register for the course in SkillPort. Logon to the secure NCTracks Operations Portal and click the Other tab to select "Learning Management System." Once in SkillPort, select State Operations Training in the Catalog and open the folder labeled "Instructor Led Training (ILT) On-site." The course can be found in the sub-folder based on the topic.
