Have you Registered for the Re-verification Training Class Tomorrow?

If you have not yet registered for the Re-verification Overview WebEx happening tomorrow, Tuesday August 28 from 1-2:30 p.m., it's not too late!

As many providers are due for re-verification or will be due soon, we strongly suggest providers attend this training. This course provides instruction on key tasks performed in the re-verification process and is a great source of hands-on help.

At the end of training, providers will be able to:

• Explain why provider Re-verification is requested and what the process entails
• Complete the Re-verification process in NCTracks
• Update Owners and Managing Relationships if necessary while completing the Re-verification application process

WebEx courses can be attended remotely from any location with a telephone, computer, and internet connection.

Training Enrollment Instructions
Providers can register in SkillPort, the NCTracks Learning Management System. Logon to the secure NCTracks Provider Portal and click Provider Training to access SkillPort. Open the folder labeled Provider Computer-Based Training (CBT) and Instructor Led Training (ILT). The course can be found in the folder ILTs: Remote via WebEx.

Refer to the Provider Training page of the public Provider Portal for specific instructions on how to use SkillPort. The Provider Training page also includes a quick reference about downloading Java, which is required for the use of SkillPort.
