Training for Designating Individual Provider Participation in CCNC/CA

As of March 2, 2015, when an individual provider affiliates with a group in NCTracks, if the group participates in Community Care of North Carolina / Carolina ACCESS (CCNC/CA), the individual provider will be able to choose whether or not to participate in CCNC/CA under the group. Training is available regarding the designation of individual provider participation in CCNC/CA. Providers can access the training through SkillPort, the NCTracks Learning Management System. Logon to the secure NCTracks Provider Portal and click the Provider Training button to enter SkillPort. Click on the Catalog, then open the Provider Training Folder and follow the instructions below:

To view the new Job Aid, click on the User Guides folder and then click on Reference Documents.  PRV111_Rendering/Attending Only Provider Changes is a PDF document, which can be viewed online, printed, or downloaded for future reference.

To view the updated Participant User Guide, click on the folder labeled Provider Computer-Based Training (CBT) and Instructor Led Training (ILT) and then click on ILT Guides.  The Provider Web Portal Applications Participant User Guide was revised to include information regarding how to designate individual provider participation in CCNC/CA.  The Guide is a PDF document, which can be viewed online, printed, or downloaded for future reference.

 

Refer to the Provider Training page of the public Provider Portal for specific instructions on how to use SkillPort. The Provider Training page also includes a quick reference regarding Java, which is required for the use of SkillPort.
