Update on MCR Denials
A number of providers have called the NCTracks Contact Center indicating their Manage Change Request (MCR) is "denied" because of lack of supporting documentation. An incomplete letter was never sent to the provider requesting additional documentation. Instead, a denial letter was sent to the provider in error. The provider will need to re-submit the MCR.
The technical team is aware of the issue and actively working on a resolution. An update will be posted when more information is available.
