Some Providers Not Prompted to Pay Re-verification/Re-credentialing Fee

Some providers are completing the Re-verification application and are not being prompted to pay the $100 application fee. This is occurring because the provider has completed and paid for a Re-credentialing/Re-verification application within the last 3 years. Providers are not required to pay the fee at this time, however the Re-credentialing/Re-verification application is still required by the Re-verification due date.

Any subsequent Re-credentialing/Re-verification application will require completion of the application in addition to the payment.
