For Pregnancy Medical Home Providers

The Pregnancy Medical Home program to reduce infant mortality is one of the newest programs from DHHS. At the moment, claims for this program are not processing correctly in NCTracks. Several Pregnancy Medical Home providers received partial payments for deliveries in this week’s checkwrite. A solution is being worked on by CSC and DMA to ensure full payments will be made by NC Tracks. Providers who do not receive their complete payment will receive the remainder of their payment when as soon as system changes can be implemented.
