Medicare Crossover Workshop on November 14

A workshop to help providers understand how NCTracks processes Medicare crossovers and other secondary claims is scheduled for Thursday, November 14 at 11:30 a.m. The workshop will include guidance regarding what information to submit on Medicare and third party insurance claims to facilitate a successful “crossover� to Medicaid, an explanation of how to file secondary claims directly to NCTracks (when necessary), common errors found on secondary claims, and a discussion of the methodology used in pricing and payment of secondary claims. The workshop is intended to assist providers who have questions and concerns about the processing of Medicare crossovers and other secondary claims.

The workshop will be a webinar. Providers must register in advance on SkillPort to attend the workshop. Providers can access SkillPort by clicking on the Provider Training button in the secure Provider Portal. The workshop will be recorded and posted to SkillPort for future reference.
