NCTracks Call Center Closed Monday for MLK Holiday - Pharmacy PA Reduced Hours
The NCTracks Call Center will be closed Monday, January 20, in observance of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day holiday. The Call Center will reopen Tuesday, January 21, for normal working hours.
The NCTracks Pharmacy Prior Approval (PA) Unit will be working reduced hours on Monday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Pharmacy PA Unit will return to normal working hours on Tuesday.
