Attention: NCTracks Trading Partners Update to SFTP Connection Issue for Trading Partners
The NCTracks MoveIT application is still experiencing intermittent issues related to Batch Submission/Retrieval. The GDIT technical team is working with the product vendor to resolve the issue and will provide further details when full functionality is resolved.
In the interim, the workaround for SFTP users is to use the Batch Submission/Retrieval function of the Provider Portal as described in section 4.2.2 of the NCTracks Trading Partner Connectivity Guide, which is available on the Trading Partner Information page.
