NCTracks Call Center Closed for New Year Holiday

The NCTracks Call Center will be closed on Friday, Jan. 1, 2021. (The Pharmacy Prior Approval Unit will be open holiday hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Jan. 1, 2021)

Also, as previously announced, in keeping with the published NCTracks checkwrite schedule, there was no checkwrite on Dec. 29, 2020. The last checkwrite of the year was on Dec. 22, 2020 and the first checkwrite of 2021 will be on Jan. 5, 2021.
