Issue with Provider Claims Voided Due to System Fix

On Dec. 18 an issue with potential impact to provider claims was identified and corrective measures were applied for the Dec. 22, 2020, checkwrite. It has now come to the attention of NCTracks that a number of provider claims did not complete the required reprocessing on Friday evening Dec. 18 and thus were not paid in the Dec. 22 checkwrite. These voided claims have been reprocessed and are included in the upcoming Jan. 5, 2021 checkwrite. NCTracks regrets the inconvenience to providers.
