Issue with Claims Retroactively Voided with EOB 06125

NCTracks is aware of an issue involving an update to enrollment eligibility that caused some claims to be retroactively voided with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) 06125 - CLAIM RECOUPED. CLAIM COVERED BY PREPAID HEALTH PLAN (PHP). The NCTracks technical team is working to resolve this issue and updates will be provided as available.
