Provider Re-verification Due Dates Spreadsheet Updated

The provider Re-verification Due Dates Spreadsheet located under Quick Links on the Provider Re-credentialing/Re-verification page previously for January – July 2019 has been updated for August – December 2019. Providers can use this resource to determine their re-verification due date and which month to begin the re-verification process, and will also receive notices via their NCTracks Message Center Inbox close to their re-verification date. Organizations and systems with multiple providers may also download this list, which includes National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers and provider names, to compare with their provider list.
