Attention: All Providers NC Medicaid Internal Office Moves

This week, nearly 400 NC Medicaid and Division of Child Development and Early Education (DCDEE) employees will be shifting offices to centralize their work; the move will be done beginning Thursday, Jan. 24 through Sunday, Jan. 27.

This move will bring together Medicaid staff who do not have remote assignments onto one central campus (Dorothea Dix). Being in the same location will create more opportunity to work collaboratively across different functions, share information more quickly and be prepared for changes needed in our upcoming managed care environment.

Move logistics are organized to minimize down time, allowing Medicaid staff to remain as productive as possible.

We have worked diligently to avoid possible communication disruptions, roll over phones and have in place backup phone numbers and contacts. If for some reason you are unable to reach your regular contact, please reach out to the Medicaid Call Center at 919-855-4100.
