Error Message for PA for Early Eye Exam Does not Affect Submission
Some providers may experience an error message appearing when attempting to submit a prior approval (PA) for an early eye exam/refraction. The error message, which is in red text, may briefly appear at the top of the page, reading: “Selected address location is not active. If no active address on is file, contact your Office Administrator to submit a Manage Change Request.” The message disappears quickly and the PA is successfully submitted.
NCTracks has found that although this error message may appear, the PA has been accepted for processing by NCTracks without issue. The technical team is correcting this issue so that if the selected address for the requesting provider is not active the PA submission will be stopped so the address can be corrected to a valid address. Updates will be provided as available.
