Coming Soon to NCTracks Clinical Criteria Updates for Monoclonal Antibody Therapy

Effective Oct. 27, 2019, the electronic prior approval (PA) forms for the monoclonal antibody therapy class (Nucala, Nucala continuation, Dupixent for asthma and Dupixent for atopic dermatitis) will be made to match previous paper form updates detailed in the announcement “Recent Changes to Drug Forms and Criteria as of July 1, 2019.” No provider action is required.
