Attention: CAP/C Stakeholders Semi-Annual CAP/C Stakeholder Listening Sessions

The Division of Medical Assistance (DMA) will host regional CAP/C Stakeholder Listening Sessions for CAP/C beneficiaries and families during April 2018.

The purpose of stakeholder engagements is for DMA to listen to feedback from stakeholders about their waiver participation experience to aid in streamlining workflow, mitigating inconsistencies and gaps in service provisions, and identifying innovations and efficient strategies to meet the needs of medically fragile individuals.

Opportunities to participate in the next stakeholder engagement are listed below:
