Referral Screening Verification Process (RSVP)

The Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) has implemented the Referral Screening Verification Process (RSVP) for individuals being considered for admission to an Adult Care Home (ACH).

RSVP replaces Pre-Admission Screening Resident Review (PASRR) for ACHs effective immediately, providing a more streamlined and effective process to screen Transition to Community Living Initiative (TCLI) target populations.
