Re-verification Payment Error Resolved – Providers May Now Submit Payment

It has come to the attention of NCTracks that some providers have received an error message such as “Payment process failed due to email ID is empty for user with reference ID…” (as depicted in the screenshot) when attempting to complete payment for re-verification. This issue has been resolved in NCTracks. Providers are advised to now complete payment submission.
