Issue with Re-verification for Providers with No Email on File

Many providers are due to submit re-verification applications within the next few months. However, because some of these providers have NOT submitted any applications since their initial application, there is no email address on file for them. An email address is required for the provider to submit payment for re-verification.

A one-time update is scheduled to be made this Friday, July 20, 2018 to copy the Office Administrator (OA)'s email address from their record and add it to any blank email records of the corresponding provider due for re-verification. Providers are advised to submit a Manage Change Request (MCR) to add an email address to their provider record if they do not have one listed.
