Fingerprinting Evidence Release Form Scanning Issue and Resolution

It has come to the attention of NCTracks that when some providers scan and upload the Fingerprinting Evidence Release Form, the embossed seal from the fingerprinting agency often does not scan clearly. Providers are advised to double-check that the seal clearly uploaded. Providers also have the option to indicate the agency’s address below the official’s signature. If the Law Enforcement Agency Section is not completed the form will not be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.
