Issue with Payment History on Provider Portal
Providers using the "Payment History" screen on the secure provider portal are receiving the error message, "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." The technical team is aware of the issue and is actively working on a resolution. In the meantime, providers can obtain checkwrite information using the NCTracks Automated Voice Response System (AVRS) at 1-800-723-4337. An update will be posted when the issue is resolved.
