If you have received either or both of these letters, please disregard. For providers that received “User Account Expiration Warning�, the accounts have been reactivated. Providers that received “User Account Expiration Notification�, please note that the NCTracks Technical Team is aware of this issue and resolution is scheduled to take place early next week.
