Quarterly Nursing Facility Rates

There was an issue with loading of the Quarterly Nursing Facility Rates (10/1/14-12/31/14). CSC is aware and working diligently to correct the rates. As soon as the rates are corrected, we will send out an announcement and update the Provider Portal.
