Issue with Claims Failing Edit 434

In addition to FQHC/RHC, DME and PCS claims, providers have reported that hearing aid, chiropractic, ambulatory surgery, and behavioral health services claims have been denying for Edit 00434 (Rendering taxonomy invalid for procedure ). The technical team will be implementing a system change this weekend to resolve this issue. Beginning Monday, January 19, providers with claims that denied for Edit 00434 may resubmit the claims for processing.
