Issue Resolved - Entering diagnosis codes on claims and PAs in portal
On July 6, an issue was reported with entering diagnosis codes on claims and prior approval (PA) requests keyed into the NCTracks Provider Portal. Previously, a diagnosis code could be entered with or without the decimal point, but the system was requiring the diagnosis code be entered into the portal screen without the decimal point or an invalid diagnosis code error would post. If the provider keyed a valid diagnosis code without any spaces or decimals, then the code was accepted.
This issue has been resolved. Diagnosis codes on claims and PA requests may now be keyed into the provider portal with or without a decimal point.
