Issue Causing DPH Claim Denials

Division of Public Health (DPH) providers have reported an issue that is causing DPH claims to deny with Edit 05415 / EOB 05415 - TPL NOT SUBMITTED ON CLAIM. PLEASE RESUBMIT WITH TPL CLAIM LINE DETAILS. The technical team is investigating this issue. An update will be posted when more information is available.
