Claims denying with Edits 02672 and 02673

Some providers have recently had J-code claims deny for Edit 02672 - J CODE AND GCN COMB IS INVALID and Edit 02673 - NDC/GCN + ICD COMBO IS INVALID. In some cases, this may have happened with a drug that does not require a diagnosis code for billing. The State is currently reviewing this issue. An update will be posted on the provider portal when more information is available.
