Reminder - Call Center Closed for Christmas Holiday

NCTracks will observe the Christmas holiday from Wednesday, December 23, through Friday, December 25, 2015. The NCTracks Call Center will be closed all three days. (The Pharmacy Prior Approval Unit will be open holiday hours from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.)

Also, in keeping with the published NCTracks checkwrite schedule, there will be no checkwrite the week of December 22, 2015. The next checkwrite date is December 29.
