Reminder - CAP PA Requests Now Go to VieBridge

As previously announced, effective February 5, 2017, Community Alternatives Program (CAP) waiver programs, including CAP/Children (CAP/CH), CAP/Choice (CAP/CO), and CAP/Disabled Adult (CAP/DA) level of care prior approval (PA) requests are no longer received at NCTracks for CAP waiver program participants.  All new requests should be submitted to VieBridge.

NCTracks has recently received CAP level of care PA requests submitted under A11, Nursing Facility level of care request.  These requests will be voided. Providers should resubmit those CAP PA requests to VieBridge.
