Attention: Prescribers and Pharmacy Providers Portal and Fax Are Preferred Methods of Pharmacy PA Submission

A new Preferred Drug List (PDL) went into effect on November 1, 2017. This has caused a higher than normal call volume in the Pharmacy Call Center. Providers are encouraged to submit Pharmacy Prior Approvals (PAs) via the secure NCTracks provider portal and via fax to 855-710-1969.
