Pharmacy POS Issue with Suboxone Film

Effective November 1, 2017, N.C. Medicaid lifted prior approval (PA) requirements for Suboxone Film. NCTracks is aware of issues related to claims for Suboxone Film continuing to require a PA at point of sale in error, and is working diligently to resolve the issue.
