Issue Resolved with Pharmacy Claims

The NCTracks technical team has resolved the issue that caused pharmacy claims submitted for OTC products for Medicare Part D recipients to deny. Claims for OTC products such as Antihistamines, Proton Pump Inhibitors and Nicotine patches that were submitted Monday and denied for Medicare Part D recipients can now be resubmitted.
