The following drugs do not currently display clinical criteria questions on the NCTracks provider portal: Zolpidem Er, Temazepam 7.5mg and 22.5mg, Edluar.

Providers must FAX prior approval (PA) requests for these medications to NCTracks at 855-710-1969. Requests entered on the portal for these medications cannot be accepted at this time. An update will be posted when this issue is resolved.
