Attention: Prescribers and Pharmacy Providers Pharmacy PA Web Page Drug Selection
Some providers who are using Internet Explorer to enter a prior approval (PA) request into the secure NCTracks Provider Portal have reported not finding the appropriate drug(s) under the various menus. A recent system update may require that providers delete their cache or browsing history in order to view the updates correctly. If you are using Internet Explorer and have experienced this situation, please delete all browsing history. Once complete, close ALL open Internet Explorer windows. Providers may then sign back into NCTracks to enter their PA request.
