Attention: Pharmacy Providers and Prescribers Pharmacy PA Provider Portal Submission Error

NCTracks was made aware that providers are receiving an error when submitting prior approval (PA) requests for certain drug classes on the secure provider portal. The technical team is working to resolve the issue. Providers experiencing difficulties submitting pharmacy PAs on the portal may fax requests to 855-710-1969.

An update will be provided when the issue is resolved.
