As a recipient of DHHS services, you can use the NCTracks Recipient Portal to check your eligibility for programs under the Division of Medical Assistance (Medicaid and Health Choice), Division of Public Health, and Office of Rural Health and Community Care. You can also use the portal to pay your premiums, if that is a requirement of the benefit plan you are enrolled in. To access the secure NCTracks Recipient Portal, you will need an NCID.
