Provider Transition to Managed Care Opportunities

Virtual Office Hours

Tuesday, June 11, 2019 - Noon-1 p.m.

The Provider Services team is conducting a series of Virtual Office Hours Sessions with providers across the state. This offers an interactive format for providers to have their questions answered. This session will focus on: provider contracting, network adequacy, appeals and grievances (provider and member) and NC Medicaid Direct (Fee-for-Service) fee schedules and rate floors.

Providers are encouraged to submit questions in advance to Medicaid.virtualofficehours@dhhs.nc.gov for discussion during the virtual office hours session. Providers can register to attend here.
