Rescheduled Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Provider Class for August 26

Originally, the Submitting a Professional Claim - NEMT Provider class was scheduled for today Thursday, August 25, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. It has been rescheduled for Friday, August 26, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The class is currently in SkillPort for providers to register.

The remaining training opportunities for NEMT providers are listed below, along with the rescheduled date and time.

Submitting a Professional Claim Provider NEMT (Webex)

Training Enrollment Instructions:
Providers can register for these courses in SkillPort, the NCTracks Learning Management System. Logon to the secure NCTracks Provider Portal and click Provider Training to access SkillPort. Open the folder labeled Provider Computer-Based Training (CBT) and Instructor Led Training (ILT). The courses can be found in the sub-folder labeled ILTs: Remote via WebEx.  Refer to the Provider Training page of the public Provider Portal for specific instructions on how to use SkillPort. The Provider Training page also includes a quick reference regarding Java, which is required for the use of SkillPort.

If you do not have access to SkillPort, complete the following:

To attend any of the sessions listed above, log into the WebEx and dial into the conference call by following the instructions below on the dates and times of the class. The WebEx will be limited to 115 participants per class. (It is recommended to start the log in process at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting.)
