Update on NCTracks Regional Seminar in Raleigh

As previously announced (see link below), NCTracks is conducting a series of regional seminars across the state. The purpose of these seminars is to help educate new providers, educate new billing staff of existing providers, and serve as a refresher for current and experienced provider staff.

The seminars have been well received by providers. As a result, registration for the June 19 seminar in Raleigh is full, so a second date in Raleigh has just been added.

Announcement re: NCTracks Regional Seminars

Providers may now log into Skillport and register for the June 22 Raleigh seminar. Please note that the registration for this seminar is divided into sessions. You may register for all of the individual sessions or only the sessions you plan to attend. Each session lasts one hour and is limited to 50 people. The sessions are:

9:00 a.m. - NCTracks Overview - ILT_ANMS_0006

10:10 a.m. - Claim Submission Overview - ILT_ANMS_0007

11:20 a.m. - Prior Approval Overview - ILT_ANMS_0008

12:30 p.m. - Provider Enrollment/Credentialing/Re-verification and Record Maintenance Update Overview - ILT_ANMS_0009

1:40 p.m. - Managed Care/Recipient Eligibility - ILT_ANMS_0010

2:50 p.m. - NCTracks Communication Overview - ILT_ANMS_0011

Providers who are currently on the waitlist for the June 19 seminar in Raleigh are encouraged to register for the June 22 seminar to be assured of a slot. The seminar runs through lunchtime, so providers may want to bring their own lunch, so they can take full advantage of all of the seminar topics. (Lunch is not provided.)

 

Reminder re: the June 19 Raleigh Help Center

Registration for the June 19, 2015, Raleigh Regional Seminar is full. However, one on one assistance is available to providers for the June 19 Raleigh Provider Help Center. Providers are required to register for this event through SkillPort. NCTracks staff from Claims, Provider Enrollment, Provider Relations and Prior Approval will be available on site to assist registered attendees with questions or concerns regarding NCTracks (EDI, and Finance staff will be available by phone, if there are questions in those areas). For providers to get the most out of these sessions, please bring specific examples of issues.

 

Registration Instructions:

Providers can register for the NCTracks Regional Seminars and the Provider Help Centers in SkillPort, the NCTracks Learning Management System. Logon to the secure NCTracks Provider Portal and click Provider Training to access SkillPort. Open the folder labeled Provider Computer-Based Training (CBT) and Instructor Led Training (ILT). The sessions for the Seminar and the Provider Help Center can be found in the sub-folder labeled ILTs: On-site. Refer to the Provider Training page of the public Provider Portal for specific instructions on how to use SkillPort. The Provider Training page also includes a quick reference regarding Java, which is required for the use of SkillPort.
