Provider Help Center at Raleigh Seminar Today

In conjunction with the Regional Seminar being held today in Raleigh, there will also be a Provider Help Center. The Provider Help Center provides one on one assistance to providers. NCTracks staff from Claims, Provider Enrollment, Provider Relations and Prior Approval will be available on site to assist registered attendees with questions or concerns regarding NCTracks (EDI, and Finance staff will be available by phone, if there are questions in those areas). For providers to get the most out of these sessions, please bring specific examples of issues.

Providers should register through SkillPort, separate from the seminar, for either the morning or afternoon Provider Help Center sessions and it is limited to 21 providers per seminar. After all registered Help Center participants have been assisted, and if time permits, the NCTracks staff will see other seminar participants on a first come, first served basis.
